The word entrepreneur gets thrown around quite a bit.  My experience with business, is that there is always more to conquer to truly succeed.  It could be because of a feeling that I feel often, if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.  I have found this true in business, but to be a true entrepreneur, you must lead a team of passionate employees to help you pave the way.  In small business there is nothing more satisfying than having passionate employees leading the charge in your front lines.
